I first tasted Marco’s wines early in 2010 and  never forgot how good they were and it has taken me two years to get them to Australia but it has been worth the wait. Originally Marco only offered sweet wines based on Picolit and Verduzzo but in the last year he adde another string to his bow by making great Friulano, Pinot Grigio and Cabernet Franc from a vineyard planted in 1969. The wine style here is of great purity and honesty with no winemaking frills or shortcuts. All of the vitculture is organic and winemaking had no additives with only sulphur dioxide added in the process.
