 | Subida di Monte is run by brothers Cristian & Andrea Antonutti who cultivate their 10 hectare vineyard in the prized Collio hills in between the Isonzo & Judrio Rivers. The vineyard sits on a mix of marl and sandstone soils and is farmed organically to produce healthy grapes. The winery uses only clean energy thanks to their Photovoltaics System and the winemaking follows a traditional path with very little interference with an eye on quality.
