 | Situated at 'the Sounds', Marlborough Sounds, at the top of the South Island, a unique region featuring a labyrinth of waterways interspersed with steep hills covered in forests and bush, the crystal clear water is relatively deep and home to a wonderful array of fish and seafood. The Sounds, like a lot of New Zealand, are a little part of paradise that remains largely undiscovered. The winery was launched in 2003 to produce wine reflecting the characteristics of this amazing wine producing region and what better variety to specialize in than Sauvignon Blanc. The gravelly soils of the vineyard are free draining with low fertility which result in low yields guaranteeing concentrated flavours.
